YAMANAKA Toshiyuki
1968 Born in Hyogo, Japan
1990 Graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Tokyo
1990 Joined Ministry of Foreign Affairs(MOFA)
1991 Posted in Cairo, Egypt and stayed at Egyptian Family and studied Arabic at American University Cairo
1993 Posted in Cambridge, UK and studied Development Studies and Obtained Master Degree (1999)
1994 Posted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as Second Secretary in Political Division
1996 Came back to Tokyo

1997 Left MOFA
2000 Joined Japan Research Institute, Limited as Consultant on HRM(Human Resources Management) and
    HRD(Human Resources Development) Since then has trained more than 20000 Business Executives
2005 Obtained Ph. D in International Public Policy of Osaka University
2009 Became International Fellow of AILA, CSIS(Center for Strategy and International Studies), Washington DC USA
2010 Started up New Business for Executive Training and became CEO of Global Dynamics Co.,Ltd
    and Professor of Kwansei Gakuin University
